OneHome Inspections is experienced and qualified to cover both your building and pest inspection, saving you time and money. A combined building and pest inspection covers both the internal and external areas of the property.

The building inspection will compare the property it to other homes of a similar type, age and construction method/materials used. In accordance with the Australian Standard, we identify any structural issues or hazards regarding the property, with advice on improvements required to bring the house up to the Australian Standard.

All pest inspections are carried out using the latest technology including a Thermal Imaging Camera and Moisture meter to assist in identifying any current or previous damage both internally and externally.
