OneHome Inspections is a family-owned business founded in 2017 by husband and wife duo, Tom and Sally L’Estrange. With a passion for providing building and timber pest inspections you can trust, OneHome offers expert advice and reliable service to homeowners and investors across Greater Brisbane.

Tom L’Estrange:
Director, Inspector & Co-Founder

With over 20 years of experience in the building industry, both locally in Brisbane and internationally, Tom is a fully licensed builder, carpenter, building inspector, timber pest inspector, and pool safety officer. He also holds certifications in surveying and spatial awareness.

Having conducted over 6,000 inspections in the last 8 years, Tom uses his extensive knowledge to provide clients with thorough, expert third-party advice on building inspections, timber pest inspections, and pool safety inspections.

Sally L’Estrange:
General Manager & Co-Founder

As the General Manager and the friendly voice behind OneHome Inspections, Sally ensures the smooth operation of the business and that every client receives exceptional service.

With a background in real estate since 2008 and nearly a decade as an Account Manager in the media industry, Sally’s commitment to client satisfaction and operational excellence guarantees a seamless experience from start to finish.
