Who we are

OneHome Inspections is a family owned and operated business, that was started in 2017 by husband and wife duo, Tom and Sally L’Estrange.

Tom is the Director, Inspector and Co-founder of OneHome. He has over 18 years’ experience in the building industry both locally here in Brisbane and overseas.  Tom is a licensed Builder, Carpenter, Building and Pest inspector and Pool Safety Officer. He is also certified in Surveying and Spacial Awareness.

Drawing on this knowledge and experience, and having conducted over 4,000 inspections in his 8 years conducting Building and Pest Inspections, Tom is able to provide you thorough and expert third party advice regarding your property.

Sally is the General Manager and Co-founder of OneHome, and the friendly voice on the end of the phone. She makes sure that all client needs are met, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of the business. 

Sally’s background is vast, first entering the world of Real Estate back in 2008. Since then, she has broadened her skill set and with a passion for providing clients with the highest level of service and experience, she has most recently spent the better part of a decade as an Account Manager within the media industry.
