All our reports are easy to understand, include photographs, findings and recommendations. Should you wish to attend the inspection, Tom will allocate time to walk you through the property and discuss findings with you. However, we do appreciate you may not be able to attend, in which case, Tom will discuss this with you over the phone.   

Same day reporting.
We understand that you usually have a short window in which you can have your Building and Pest Inspection conducted. We work with you to be able to complete your inspection within your timeframe and ensure your reports are received via email on the same day as your inspection.  

We make it easy for you.
There are a lot of balls to juggle when you’re buying or selling a property. We delight in making your Building and Pest Inspection process as smooth and hassle free as possible. We will liaise with Agents, Buyers, Sellers and keep all communication clear and concise.
