Holland Park is located 6 kms south-east of the CBD, bordering the suburbs of Greenslopes, Coorparoo, Carina Heights, Mount Gravatt East and Holland Park West. It is residential, with some commercial areas along Logan Road. An older suburb made of largely post-World War II wooden homes along its hilly areas. There are a number of schools and parks in the suburb and a retail zone with shops and a public bar.
